The house is very large and suited the needs of the group we traveled with (12 people). There were some issues- the couch was broken when we got there so there was no place to sit as a group. The coffee pots were broken. The dishwasher was broken- which as fixed but not until 2 days before checkout. The pool was full of sand. The carpets were very stained and dirty. There were no curtains on any of the windows so it was hard to sleep past sunrise. One of the burners on the stove didn’t work, and all of the shower curtains were moldy. There were also a ton of red ants outside- to the point that we got bug spray and sprayed as one of our family members is allergic. The deck on the top floor had nails sticking up and everyone got splinters in their feet from walking on it. I would suggest looking for another house- there are better homes for the price you pay here.
